Shipping

We ship the SunRocket from either the USA, Canada, UK, China or Australia. We offer a flat rate shipping of $15 to anywhere in these countries. Orders will ship the same day and delivery times are approximately 3-7 days. You will receive an email with tracking information.
We can also ship to areas outside these countries – please use our contact form to arrange a shipping quote.

We ship by Fastways or Couriers Please, depending on your order. We aim to ship within 48 hours of receiving payment for your order.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CAN NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES. Please supply a full street address. If you live in a rural area or outside the courier delivery area, they will contact you to discuss a suitable pick up location

If you would like to have your order left without you being home or signing for the goods, please let us know at time of order. If you specify an unsigned delivery, you take responsibility for any loss or damage to goods from being left.

All products are checked to ensure that they leave our warehouse in perfect condition. We cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage to goods in transit, storage or delivery. By signing for the goods you accept the condition of goods received. In the event of any loss or damage, we use a courier that is insured and we can assist you in lodging an insurance claim. Please send us photographers of damage for us to support your claim.
